Since this round of negotiations began, the demand for better pay for COs and PGs has been our number one issue. The employer has continuously rejected our claims regarding recruitment and retention issues. They have failed to recognize the full extent of the pay disparities facing COs and PGs.

24 June 2024A formal election complaint was filed, investigated and the election committee found that Mr. Peter Gabriel has committed two election offences. Mr. Gabriel purposely campaigned to get elected CP Group President during an employer’s event conducted on the employer’s network.
10 June 2024The Commerce and Purchasing (CP) 2024 election results have been verified. 870 ballots were cast in the election, resulting in the following candidates being elected to the CP Group executive for a 3-year term of office effective on 1 June 2024 (*) and expiring 31 May 2027 :
